The body sends one or more of the following warning signals for a heart attack:-
- Uncomfortable Pressure, squeezing or pain in the centre of chest lasting more than a few minutes.
- Pain spreading to the shoulders, neck or arms. The pain may be mild to intense.
- Chest discomfort with fainting, sweating, nausea or difficulty in breathing.
- Sweaty skin, feeling nervousness and cold.
- Increased or irregular heart rate.
